For me, at least. I'm the only programmer in here. The marketers and designers seem to have plenty, however.

Tuesday, I overslept by a few minutes but rolled into the office almost an hour later than usual. What's the rush? Either way, it's not really a loss of productivity.

I had to write a user guide this morning for an admin portal that I programmed months ago.

The portal allows you to do one thing.

I had to include screenshots.

So not only am I not doing anything, what I am doing is nothing particularly useful.

think lowest common denominator. your shit could open fullscreen, have no feilds and one solitary button that pops up directly in the middle of the screen (with the text 'hit OK to log on', and people would still make IT calls.

Ok, I gotta vent. Cops can really piss me off when they want to pull you over simply for your looks.

Situation:
-I turn down the street I live on toward my house (going the speed limit, doing nothing illegal)
-Cop is coming the other way
-Cop FLIPS A U-TURN and starts coming after me
-Before he can catch up to me I turn into my drive way
-He slows down as he passes by my drive way, goes down the street flips around
-Pulls back up in front of my house and stops and sticks his head out the window watching me get out of my car and walk to the house
-Proceeds to drive around the house and wait for a few mins in case I leave

Now obviously he wanted to pull me over, but couldn't on private property and thought I didn't live there and was just pulling into someone's driveway to get onto private property so he sat and waited for me to drive back away.

It's like wtf did I ever do to him. I get followed by Cops a lot because I guess I look shady or young or something.

The only time I ever got pulled over was about 150 feet from my home, I mean I could actually see my house. I had a broken headlight and hadn't notice it yet so I don't oppose getting the relatively cheap tickeet but it was still disappointing that I was so close.

I completely agree, I'm just trying to think of way to lessen the blow and if there's one thing I can't stand, it's a man being tricked by a woman and him crying about it. I fear I am going to see lots of tissue boxes next week and that's the not type of thing I like to see in a men's dorm.
