It just doesn't feel right. These sponge people look all wrong.

I guess he also had a little cousin that went to prison for littering.

The first few seasons of spongebob were a great guilty pleasure.  Its sucked for awhile now.  I think I saw the movie but can't remember it at all.

Agreed. The newer episodes mostly suck and the movie was trash. Spongebob fell off.

The movie was ace.  I don't know about the new episodes though. I watched a Spongebob yesterday that didn't have the same psychology or spirit.  It was just an average cartoon plot with Spongebob characters.
