...........

After a good drive, we managed to get to about the 20 yard line. Slaton fumbles, and the Jets get the ball.

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Triumph, do you get dinged for that fumble?

Ravens just fucked up. C'mon, Flacco, let's get another TD.

:lol The Texans are terrible. They are completely not ready. They have missed an upward of four opportunities to do a turnover. One of which, a player caught it and it falls into his lap. They have also missed golden opportunities to score: catching a long pass, only to drop it and have the other team catch the fumble.

This is embarrassing.

All this and against a rookie QB on his first game.

He's being pressured, but I think he's doing a decent job all things considered. It's just that the Texans keep running the ball for only god knows what reason.

He's hesitating constantly though.

The Jets aren't even playing a good game. Their offense is mediocre. It takes Sanchez half a minute to find an open dude half way across the field.

It's just that the Texans are SO BAD on both D and O that the Jets look good!

Is it Fox or my local affiliate?

Recently, everytime I watch sports on Fox, it's like a daggum slideshow. Dropped frames, slow FPS, whatever it is... it's not smooth. I want to blame my local affiliate, but it's not like that with all camera angles, so it makes it seem like it's Fox. With baseball games, for example, it's horrible on the pitch when the camera angle is from behind the pitcher and facing the batter. Other angles are usually OK. And now today in the Panthers-Eagles game, same thing. The action is janky.

Anyway, :lol at the Panthers being down 31-10 at home.

I just don't like the local team. Mainly because of sports talk, to be honest. Too many people all on the same page. I like diversity in my sports discussion (which is why college discussion is so awesome around here, there's a lot of teams to pull for and therefore talk about).  Also, there's too much "we need this," "we're so awesome," "we suck." We aren't anything. They need help today.

Cincinnati is pissing me off.  They should be destroying the Broncos on the scoreboard 'cause they are flat out dominating them on the field and yet Denver is actually ahead by 3 pts.  A ridiculous game.

It's interesting watch the Donks play this season as a Seahawk fan.  The worse they do the better pick we get.

Speaking of third string... 2nd stringer got hurt, Panthers put in their emergency QB instead of Delhomme.

Texans:

O-line needs improvement and is non-existent. Why were they not blocking for Shaub?

D-line is completely lacking. How many sacks and tackles were this game?

QB may not be up to snuff, it's hard to tell when you have such a shitty O-line.

We were outcoached.

Prominent and good players like Andre Johnson and Mario Williams not given enough time to shine.

That's what I saw from this first game: potential.

Hopefully Kubiak is fired and we're given a decent coaching staff that can take this potential somewhere.

What happen?

Bengals scored with under a minute left to take a 7-6 lead. Denver went to Marshall, ball was tipped, Stokley caught it and took it 87 yards for the game winning TD. 2pt conversion failed, final 12-7.
