My co-teacher goaded me into learning some stock Korean today while I was trying to do the 45 other things they love to drop into your lap. She wanted me to say to the Vice Principal: "You have nice clothes", since the VP is worried that I don't speak enough Korean. I've been here 6 weeks, lady. Back off.
Anyway, I was supposed to say "Kyogam sosangnym osi yepayo", but what I said was "Kyogam sosangnym osi ipsayo", which means "Vice-Principal, where are your clothes?". No one found this funny except me.
