You definitely shouldn't take any of Himu's gaming posts seriously. His opinions change based on who's in the room with him.
My feelings are hurt. There are times when I'm 100% serious and that's when I buy a game; I'll post 100% real impressions. But trolling people on the internet who are so damn attached to their pieces of plastic is too hilarious to pass up.
Also, that Microsoft knife fight? Another half of that battle is the fact 360 doesn't have have wireless. zzz.
Between that and his acknowledgement that most of his posts are just trolls, I can't really take any of Himu's gaming posts seriously anymore.
You're just butt hurt and a loser. Straight from the pm box:
I'm trying to get some hype going for the game and your two posts have consisted of "I have other games to buy" and "Fuck Sakura Wars 5." Thanks.
...are you going to get Bayonetta or what?
I don't get you, man. On the one hand, you're talking about how you want originality and stuff like that in gaming, but thenwhen people mention stuff to you that's a bit off-the-wall or clever, you either take a big shit on it (Sakura Wars, Little King's Story) or are completely uninterested (Bayonetta).
You are a walking contradiction...I really don't get you.
at you buying Mass Effect 2 instead of a good, underappreciated game that actually could use the sales.
You should care about sales because if games don't sell enough copies, you won't see those developers taking chances again. For example, if SW flops super-hard, forget about them bringing over any other installments in the series. If Bayonetta doesn't do well, Sega will probably get rid of Kamiya.
So you should care about sales if you care about games. Not as a dick-measuring contest, but because you'll get more great games. Mass Effect 2 will probably sell like a million copies in its first week, so one sale more or less won't hurt it any. But with stuff like Bayonetta and Sakura Wars, every single sale helps.
It's one thing to troll on the board, but don't fucking troll me in PMs too.
[after citing I'd rather get SMT: Strange Journey than Sakura Wars 5] Enjoy your Atlus DS shovelware instead of a genuinely good game, then.
I'm starting to think you're BSing about having finished the ST games, anyway. I think if you had, you'd actually be EXCITED we're getting one of the games in English instead of being so dismissive/trolling.
Jesus Christ.
Fact of the matter is, I really don't play games anymore. And to be more precise, the games I *like* are rarely made anymore. Hence the 5k gamerscore. I've said this multiple times in the past few months. Honestly, this may as well be my last gen. I continue to buy games, but I feel completely unfulfilled, like I wasted my money. The reason I gave away my 360 and got a gaming pc was so I could phase out as a gamer, it's far more casual. So for someone like me, who now just wants to buy the occasional blockbuster hit or underground gem, that's cool. But it's no longer a priority.
I can't be the only one who seems to be clinging to games just because it's something he's done his whole life, right? I now get off by making fun of gamers more than I do playing games. It's really easy to do too.
And on that note, how do I kill my xbl account?
