I'm an absolute fashion disaster for the most part. I grab decent pants/jeans (not that urban tribal shit, grown up clothes) from Express/Banana Republic when I can get them on sale over the Internet since I hate shopping malls, and have a huge rack of long sleeve button ups and short sleeve button ups that I wear in the summer/winter to pair with them. I look fine and I'm OK with that given that I'm happily married and still look decent for the most part.

Keep in mind that I live in North Carolina, where simply keeping clean cut, tucking your shirt in, and not having a gut puts you in the top 10% easy.

Around here people wear the tribal douchebag Affliction/Ed Hardy shit, then when they grow older, wear a Jets sweatshirt and baggy jeans. Seems like me and Frag have a similar style of dress, although I tend to wear t-shirts a lot.

I wear t-shirts a lot in the summer and around the house. Then again I'm a bit of a homebody-well, a huge homebody really-and my workplace is extremely slack on dress code. They feel great with a good pair of jeans.

Not practical for hiking/birdwatching though-I have a set of lightweight longsleeve stuff from REI that I wear when outdoorsing during the summer. I definitely have the "birder" look going when I go out (and if you've ever seen if you'd know it!).

here are some example pics of what I usually wear.

Example 1, informal:

Fiberops raw denim, 10 Deep tshirt and Penfield flannel! Feel comfortable in this type of combo. I wear this kind of stuff almost all the time.

Example 2, slightly more formal:

Mishka grey denim, S.N.S Herning knitted cardigan with some sort of color accent tshirt underneath. Love this as well but does look a bit more grown up than the tee and shirt combo.

Example 3, trying too hard:

Bought this Staple shirt a long time ago and haven't really worn it outside the house yet, I can't really pull the look off.  :-\

I usually wear sweat pants and jerseys(soccer, basketball and football) at home, Jeans and T-shirts when I'm out.
I do wear the traditional Thobe, Shumag and eigal for saudi formal occasions.
The only things I want is a nice leather jacket. And if I had the money, a nice suit with a matching fedora.

Why is Himuro still pretending he can dress?  He already posted pics and he looks like a bag of ass. :(

Serious question:

What is your problem with me?

You've said I'm a horrible person because I go to restaraunts just to eat.

Among other things I don't remember.

And now you're saying I look like a bag of ass.

Unlike other people on this board, your quips appear to be more personal and have actual emotion. Now typically, I don't really care because it's online and I don't know or care about you people, so I take it in stride and lol, but I find the fact you repeatedly pick me out in conversations to be quite hilarious.

From French Connection on sale, down from £95 to £47  :D

Got these as my other pair of black peep toes got fucked. I like them because the heel isn't high (which I hate) yet its not those ugly short kitten heels either.

Are vests considered hipster or whatever? not like sweater vests or anything, more like the kind you match with a suit.  That's the only style-over-function piece of clothing I might wear.

I've always wanted one but have never found a place that sells nice ones that don't go with a suit.

They're hipster if you do some dumb shit like wear it over a t-shirt.

I usually just wear collar shirts and things like that, and that's probably what I'd wear it with.  I remember wearing one when I had to attend a wedding and loved it.  That was with a suit, of course.

I was thinking about it because a girl in one of my classes was wearing a vest, and I was like "wow, that's pretty hot...the vest, not the girl"

Yeah, it just comes off as lazy and tacky.

So you want to wear it with the type of shirt that you would wear with a suit, but without the suit jacket? That's fine.

kinda.  but also with long sleeve polo shirts...I'm actually trying to use google to find out what this shirt style is called; that is how little I know about fashion.

Maybe? it looks like it.  Compared to images on google, not as many stripes and the collars usually match the rest.

I'm super conservative: white button downs, chinos, polos, straight leg jeans, etc.  Not really a t-shirt guy.  I don't like to think about clothes or fashion, so I just go with simple classics and don't try to embarrass myself by being trendy.
