I have this game Deja Vu: MacVenture Series in my Steam library. I never bought it. It's not in my purchase history and I was never gifted it. I just noticed it today. It's kinda confusing me.

Did you buy the Shadowgate remake at some point?

From miscellaneous bundles I have purchased through the years, I have many, many games I never specifically purposed. Sometimes when scrolling down my library list I'll see a name that I have absolutely never heard even heard of. I bet there are tons and tons of games like that have been "purchased" but never purchased on purpose. Or played.

How big are your libraries? I have 452 games, and I have only purchased maybe 6 things in the past year.

This happens whenever I go past my categories. Even looking for something specific I'll get distracted by this.

I have 1873 games according to the dropdown on Library.

I remember when I could install everything in my account to my 2TB drive.  :gloomy

but of course the number one attribute a hero must possess is an absolutely insatiable bloodlust that demands a near-constant stream of bodies. any hero worth his salt will have killed literally thousands of creatures and most likely humans before his adventure is over, leaving a genocidal trail of destruction in his wake.

any authentic role playing experience also needs to include doing laundry, needing to take a shit, finding things to wipe with after you take a shit in the middle of some woods, getting hungry, catching diseases if you are not sanitary or hang around sick people,  money being tough to come by, muscles growing at a very slow rate, getting distracted because you need to take a shit in the middle of a battle, weapons killing you in a few hits no matter how strong you are, and no character or NPC should repeat a line of dialogue twice unless they're mentally challenged....and yes, fucking.

Any authentic role playing experience should feature the option to forego an epic quest in favor of getting married at 16, having 6-7 children, and then dying by the age of 39 from some disease.

What's the best PC Controller right now? Still a 360 controller or a Xbone? Is there even a pc edition of the XBone controller?

How good are the wiiu pro controller or the ps4 controller and how hassle free are they to set up?

If you use the code GROUNDHOG at checkout it's 30% off, so it'll be like $30 shipped

It's used, but the one time I bought games from GoHastings they were in like new condition.  YMYV

Interesting video on how zombies came to be in cod. I'm not even that big a fan of the mode but its definitely extremely popular. Also I recently picked up WaW for the PC and was surprised to see a very fully developed and still thriving mod community for the zombie mode in that game.

If you like action games focused on melee combat, forging new equipment to fight stronger enemies, and/or online co-op, then Monster Hunter is awesome. The only problem with 4U is that it's on awful hardware.

To be honest I never watched his Phil Fish video because I think I would disagree with it, as I think Fish has brought that stuff on himself but maybe I'll give it a try now.

Just spent $512 ordering a Japanese Wii-U for Xenoblade X bundle and considering the Wii U's future, I'm not sure if there will ever be another game worth importing on the system for its lifespan.  Already own a US Wii U and never use it.  $512 to play Xenoblade X...fuck.  I'd never do this for anyone beside Takahashi :(  Still might cancel it...that's so much money :(

It's not the wait, it's that 99% of jrpgs are localized with terrible dubs and I'd rather play them in Japanese.  I know Xenoblade had dual audio, but no idea if they'll do that for the sequel as well.

No idea, honestly I haven't played a jrpg in English in 10+ years outside Tactics Ogre because I do like Alexander O' Smith translations and because there was no voice.

I think the biggest issue here is actually that there's no third party games on the Wii-U at all outside of Xenoblade X and Devil's Third.  I've traditionally owned a US & JPN system (or had the system chipped/mod switch for region free) for every system released since like N64/PS1 era to 3DS (thankfully PS3/PS4/Vita are region free).  Every gen there's been a handful or more of games worth importing.  So I wouldn't mind double dipping on a 2nd Wii U but where are my handful of jrpgs to import?  Where are my wacky Captain Rainbow shit that won't come over?  Where are my Dragon Quest Swords?  (X is X but I don't play MMOs).

The lineup just looks like after Devils Third comes out and Zelda 1st party is out the system is gonna get cancelled and moved to the next Nintendo Handheld/Console hybrid next year.

I've done full resets and it usually fixes things. Press the power until it beeps twice to fully turn it off, then unplug it for ~5 minutes. Alternatively, do a database rebuilding (hold the power button down while powering it up then select the option on screen). Either or both of these usually get rid of any disc issues I run into (so far).
