have you given any thought to your crafting?
what i'd suggest, esp as a noob is something like alchemy/herbalism. you can do a lot with alchemy which will be helpful to your class (healing potions, elixers of agility which help your ranged attack, water breathing potions and the like). plus you can collect and sell the herbs for a decent amount of money when you hit level 30, which will be very important for getting your mount.
when you hit level ten, go back and snag an elder lynx for your pet.
there are some tougher quests in the ghostlands, so feel free to ask for help. unfortunately because of time zone differences, we probably won't end up playing much but i'll be happy to assist when i can
