anyone ever tried giving up smoking? It sucks!
Don't think about it.
When you see someone else smoke, don't think,"just one cig won't hurt." You will be back where you started.
I suggest going cold turkey. The withdrawal will suck at first, but keep at it. When you do crave a smoke, remember that you don't get that much of a high anymore when smoking them, that they don't taste or feel as good, and that you benefit NOTHING from it. Remember this, EVERY TIME you crave a cigarette. Don't settle for that "one" because it will turn merely into a craving of another one. If you have a pack now, finish it off, but do it slowly. Let's say, 1-2 per day, so you can get used to smoking LESS before you stop smoking in general. When that pack is out, toss it in the bin and don't buy another one.
it will be hard, but you will soon see the benefits within a few short weeks, even days.
