i dunno... i'm getting errors about AACS keys and stuff like that. I've found a fix about having to download a dll file and this other CFG file and put them in specific locations on my pc but that didn't work either.

so i'm just gonna rip the BD's and watch them that way.

I can watch them no problem on my TV through my PS3 but my tv's speakers are shitty and i would rather use my headphones.

the copy protection stuff is annoying. I prefer to watch TV shows on my PC but can't. A while back someone posted a way to run blu-rays but it was raw video, no menus or anything, and all the extras would play in between the movie chapters.

a program called MakeMKV. I export the video file and the loseless audio track. I get a pretty large video file, around 20-30gigs a piece. but i got a lot of space so whatevs.

My trusty 27" Samsung CRT HDTV kicked the bucket this morning. It had a good run for a Target floor model that I got for $100 back in 2005. Time to go out and buy a 32" LCD for the living room. The 50" Wega in the basement is for movies and gaming, so we don't need anything fancy.

I saw an Aziz Ansari special and it was hilarious.

I saw him do a live interpretation of R Kelly's Trapped in the Closet in Seattle back in 2007. It was hilarious.

My neighbor said he just picked up a new 60" Sharp Aquos for ¥140,000. Holy crap, things are getting cheap here in Japan.

Stringer has potential as an artist, but takes himself much too seriously, and secondly that the big trucks you see in the UK are just like wood lice. I make crappy TV commercials for local doctors and other professional services. When I got my job I signed a non-compete clause. Today my boss found out I was getting free gym membership because I make little videos for them about twice a month (no payment other than free membership).

Should I be concerned? I'm starting grad school in July so it doesn't bother me too much just want to know what to expect.
