I have that problem, although it's not nearly as bad as it once was. What type of deodorant do you use? My left arm pit would sweat and get a somewhat noticeable whiff of funk in the afternoon regardless of whether I was in a hot environment or not. I was using a clear Axe deodorant at the time. After switching to the regular bar version of Axe the problem became less noticeable, and eventually went away.

I had one a few years ago. Harmful stuff. Last month I had an arthroscopy.

I had to look that up. Looks like less fun than a colonoscopy.

My problem with the procedure this time was that they need to inflate the intestines to view them, but they left a lot of air in me, and it wasn't moving out normally. I spent an hour dealing with the worst gas pains of my entire life, couldn't even think, it had put me beyond words. My blood pressure was bottoming out, I couldn't feel my hands. Finally they had to "go back in" with the scope, and withdraw the gas with it.  :'(

On the bright side, I now know what one of these feels like:

You can't imagine how far up in the ass, uh... almost into the stomach actually they push it. It's unbelievable. They turn you around the table from side to side, on the back, to the side etc. in order to move your guts (insides) around the tube. And it hurts. A lot.

I'm able to be aware that I'm dreaming by wearing a bracelet all day. Basically, if the bracelet doesn't appear on my wrist, then I'm aware that I'm dreaming and am able to keep track of everything I do in said dream and wake up when I want.

I doubt this would work for me; I have dreams where there's much more awry than a missing bracelet and I never notice until awake.
