Had a great night out. Met some friends from a tg board at a local monthly tg event at the local trans center and had a lot of fun! I've never met people I new online in real life before so...I was really nervous, but it turned out real well! Got a chance to flex my social muscles in a way I never have before and it was odd in how we could hit it right off despite never having met in person. It was like we already knew each other. I've never experienced that. I got all their numbers, so we can meet up in the future. Jesus Christ, at the bbq, so much diversity: people with sleeve tats, punkers, bikers, fem, masculine, lots of women and men - more trans men than women, actually - what a cool and eclectic group of people! I got off with a lot of them and made plenty of new contacts tonight.
And so nice too! I didn't bring any cash expecting I didn't need to, but a friend spotted me the 10 to eat dinner. On the trans site I expressed that I was running out of medicine and it'd be about two weeks till I could get a refill, and such a nice person gave me some of her spiro - a weeks worth! What wonderful people!
