My girlfriend and I have been training to be life guards all weekend and today we had the physical and written tests. We both passed the physical and written tests so now we'll have orientation and then an on-site training session to become fully certified. I'm going to be a shallow water guard (up to 5 feet) and my girlfriend is going to be a deep water guard (as deep as it gets and open water) so I'm excited. I don't have too much confidence in my swimming ability and I learned that I don't have very good stamina or endurance for swimming because you have to swim 200 yards to qualify as a deep water guard, whereas you only need 50 yards to be shallow.

We're also going to be certified in CPR, so that could be nice to put on the ole' resume. Time to finally rid myself of my pasty pale complexion! Yissssssss ladieeessssssssss...

Get different brands or at least different styles. They all fit a little different, and I have some that are ok but a little uncomfortable by the end of the day. Then the next day I throw on the same bra type, different color or whatever. FML what was mildly uncomfortable yesterday is fucking horrible today.

tl;dr Don't shop like a dude like I do - buy 5 of the exact bra cause I wanna gtfo. That works for pants, not bras.

Don't take this the wrong way but I already know how to do bra stuffs.

Another tip: get bras based on your current or possible future wardrobe. Don't forget to get a strapless.

Yeah. Some types of bras you'll find that they're just not worth buying at all because the fit is weird. It's not even a size issue as much as the cut is just not really supportive or it's shaped funny.

A better fitting bra definitely helps with discomfort. I have fibromyalgia (and big ol boobies) so all bras will be uncomfortable. I just forgot that a bra doesn't always have to be a total burden for other girls. lol

I have to do the same with shoes. I can't wear the same pair two days in a row or I'll be dying.

New tip: for one of your plain jane bras, get one as close to your skin color as possible. They won't show as much through thin/light shirts.

are you looking for comfort or something thats gonna hold them in? Also take into consideration a breathable mesh fabric so you don't die of underboob sweat.

Speaking of bras... I noticed that the types that turn me on have started to change.  When I was younger I was all about the bras that pushes a woman's breasts up to her chin and squished them together (don't get me wrong, they're still hot).  But now, my preference are ones that for lack of a better term I'll call "mommy bras".  These are the ones that are obviously support, but more like a hammock than a cage.  It allows a more free jiggle and natural look.  And when combined with a blouse showing cleavage I get a better image in my head of how they would look topless.  By god... I'm sick.

Edit: and I refer to them as mommy bras because when I see them all I can think of is drinking breast milk from them.  fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
