Maternal grandma called me in despair about how petty and crazy my father really is (parents are in the middle of a divorce finally) and I told her that I was saying all that for 10 years that he has serious anger/self control issues likely due to mental illness but nobody wanted to hear it at the time and thought I was being an ungrateful bastard. The worst thing about all these relatives and friends admitting that I was right is that it makes me feel like they trust me less, like as though I'd really care enough about their feelings to gloat. This also happens to coincide with my father no longer loaning money to relatives while my older brother and I are starting to support my mom and younger brother.

I really want to figure out for once what real relationships are like. It just seems like everyone wants to waste half their life trying to win at some supremely selfish, superficial game.

Love knives. Have a fetish I guess (and no, Argento movies don't make me hard). Don't know why, apart from the obvious usefulness. Probably the best thing to have with a bottle opener, a corkscrew and a screwdiver. Also bought a a mini-screwdiver with four heads.

I had an Opinel pocket knife for a couple years until I accidentally brought it with me to the airport a few months ago. Decent knife but I've never had more questions are compliments on a pocket knife before. People seemed to think it was a family heirloom and not a $15 knife from Amazon.

Opinel are really just utility knives for the everyman to eat some cheese or cut some light rope, but the whole rustic approach to their design works really well, I reckon. Also, as evidenced by the airport (or some museums...) situation, I think pocket knives might not be perceived as normal as they used to be.

Well, an enema or douching really should not be necessary with normal, healthy bowel movements. Using the shower and washing it is the most you really need if that's the case. I hear bidets make you feel really clean and enhance cleanliness down there so I'm heavily considering getting one!

It's not expensive and it makes you as clean as you can be without a shower. You can find a hand bidet that installs onto a toilet without any permanent modifications.

Yeah usually about $50, I'd definitely get it if I used that area sexually as it would make me feel better as well as physically cleaning you. The downside is that it's like trimming your pubes, you'll feel uncomfortable going back so public toilets will make you feel like a plebe.

I honestly think I'm going to die from a heart attack or heart failure or something.

I don't know what to do. But there's nothing I can do: I am going to die some day and there's nothing I can do about it, and this absolutely frightens me.

After my grandpa died in his sleep I was paranoid about it for years. I would fear falling asleep some nights. I was 11 and it lasted well into my teens to varying degrees. I don't know what happened. It just eventually subsided. I suspect as I got older I just had more on my mind honestly so my irrational fears just took a backseat to rational fears.

Do you work out? Go for walks or jog, you'll feel a lot better within a few weeks.
