I bought the latest Kindle Voyage. It's such a magical piece of technology. I love that the screen is flush with the bezel, surprised it's taken this long to get it there. The backlight is significantly better than previous models and the haptic feedback next page buttons on the side are super neat.

Coffee is a fantastic drug as long as you get a constant supply of caffeine into your bloodstream. Quitting cold turkey is not a fun experience.

It makes me more restless than actually concentrated. I think most of the effect that regular coffee drinkers experience is that they need the coffein to get on their regular level.

It's definetly worth it for the flavour though. Didn't drink coffee for the first 32 years of my life and I'm becoming a fiend now.

Caffeine is good for a morning pickup but don't use it for staying up late working. It fecks your concentration at that point and will give you a headache. I usually have less than 250 mg/day but can feel it a little when I skip a day.

Today I learned you can't rent the original star wars trilogy. So stupid with the new movies around the corner.

Well I'm still addicted. I get an awful headache if I have no coffee by 7am. But I don't need much. I got addicted to the coffee at work and the caffeine probably barely registers. I just need my morning fix

I conquered drinking Guinness IPA and a bottle of Yellow Tail Shiraz but I was so disgusted with the conquest that I went and bought an absolutely disgusting orange liqueur to cleanse my soul.

Probably will do a full write-up, but the Yellow Tail was so revolting that I had to let it aerate overnight.

Also it's not a $7 wine, it is in fact a sub-$5 wine, which makes the fact that I found it on the bottom shelf at the store all the more apropos.

It may be worth noting that Charles Shaw is now just a label applied to other vineyards' surplus wine. Anyone who knows better please correct me. I haven't indulged since the "two buck chuck" days.
