Anyone have any ideas on what's going on?
I go to bed at 11pm or 12 am and sleep for 7-8 hours. I wake up refreshed. Eventually, maybe around noon or maybe around 5 or so, I feel really weak/fatigued/sleepy. Doesn't matter if I've had exercise that day or anything. Usually it happens when I'm hungry and I have been hungry more often lately, but that doesn't always apply.
I'll admit that before this started, I used to take daily naps around 5/6pm. But I've since stopped. So maybe it's my body adjusting?
On the other hand, it could be sleep apnea, but I feel refreshed right when I wake up and I can tell I had a good sleep.
I thought it could be low blood sugar levels, so I've been monitoring it with a diabetes blood glucose testing kit and my levels have been on the ball, aside from one reading last night when it was in the 40's (which is REALLY low).
I'm experimenting and testing, but in the mean time I've got a doctors appointment for a blood test set in a few weeks just in case it keeps happening. If it does, I'll bump it to a closer date.
It's just weird. I have all sorts of energy and feeling normal most of the day, and then some time later I want to go take a nap.
