I'm going to start lifting weights and try to get results like that but in the back of my mind I tell myself that it will push men away because it'd be intimidating. It's a small worry, but still. I'm going to start lifting weights and want thigh tone and muscle definition like that in my legs. I think it looks cool. Upper body I want toned like her but nothing outrageous. I figure this will help with my judo.

Lots of guys like thick thighs in part because it ensures a chick has a nice ass too. Those are too muscular n thick for me, personally. But obviously yours will be smaller long before you get to that level, so you'll be able to gauge what looks best to you.

Heavy squats and lots of calories. Deadlifts are more for your back and core than legs and leg presses are redundant if you are doing heavy squats. I recommend this book. PM me if you are serious and have more questions.

Squats but I recommend deadlifts or rackpulls in conjunction with them, especially if you want to stretch out your back and your posture is awful (it helps).

Got a free Google cardboard with a sphero bb8 design on it as part of some Star Wars marketing thing. This shit is TRIPPY. Coolest thing I've done with my phone since Google Now or turn by turn walking directions.

No useful functions at all, probably not good for battery life but it's the most fun I've had with a piece of cardboard since I was an infant probably. Hopefully there's some decent vr games.
