Wow, it was 3.7'er about two miles from my house. I just felt an aftershock a couple of minutes ago. Wild.

The whole second floor shook here; it was pretty wild. Cute, little aftershock as well. I was unaware that there was a fault line so nearby. Disposable White Guy was sitting on top of it according to the map. I'm surprised he's not awake.

I live right outside of Washington right now, in a suburb. That was right at the epicenter of this thing.

... but like I said, there's no fault line here. I thought we were getting a quake from one of the fault lines from Virginia, so I have no idea what caused the Earth to rattle.

This is actually the biggest earthquake in the region since they started keeping tabs in 1974. It is pretty wild. I looked at Google Maps, and the epicenter is literally on the same street that Disposable White Guy lives off of.

The production office and my work office is in Los Angeles, but I don't have to be. I prefer the East Coast. I've actually been on the road for the past month, first to the Midwest and then up to New Jersey/Connecticut working on a something with a pal. I just got back to the D.C. metro area a few days ago. I fly out to Los Angeles when I have to, which depending on whether or not I finish these pages, might be sooner than later.

I'd like to avoid Los Angeles until after August, which is my vacation to North Carolina.
