Comparing joining a basketball team that's black majority -- because shock and fucking awe, basketball is a huge part of black american culture like how soccer is with hispanic culture -- to affirmative action makes no sense.
from what you guys have been saying it sure sounds like becoming successful is a huge part of white culture :smarmycunt
Basketball has an even playing field. You just practice your ass off. Life however, is different. Not all of us are born white and privileged.
yeah, some of us are born black and privileged, or white and poor
Some of us are born to a race where it's pretty common to be in prison or dead by 21 or
i wonder whose fucking fault that could be?
But thankfully there are first year white male college students out there that opened our eyes to the situation by comparing apples and oranges.
dude is actually a graduate going to campuses posing as a student
When I say privileged, I don't mean in terms of economic status. I'm talking about skin color in general. A poor white person is still white.
In the meantime, rich black dudes are arrested for supposedly breaking into their own houses.
And you want to argue that white people aren't privileged simply for being white and male?
The hilarity of anyone who is anti-AA is that they always ALWAYS forget about the biggest benefactor of AA: white females. They INSTANTLY go into the race issue as if non-whites are the only people who benefit.

It's pretty easy to pinpoint who's close-minded idiot depending on their stance on AA. That's not to say simply disagreeing with AA makes you close-minded, but it's a specific niche of people who are always up in arms in regards to the RACE aspect of AA, as if everything is fine and dandy for minorities. "But white women are fine. They're a part of us! They're white!" Then why do women STILL make less than men?
