Hardly a surprise, as those sites are dubious at best.

He got banned later for having a bone to pick with Evilore after EL posted "this is final, no discussion." Not that post, just if you don't know. Still a stupid thing to admit to after "we're making it like piracy, don't talk about it!" though.
and now they've pretty much become as stupid or more stupid than anything on NeoGAF.
i stumbled into the "reasons why 300k MHTriG shipments means some amazing strategy from Nintendo OR something completely out of their control and is NOT due to the weak preorders that have been reported" part of the thread.
but it's all okay ! "Chris" has speculated so i should check out what he says because he's already covered it all!
err... okay.
I CANNOT WAIT for MHTriG to under-perform so we can get "Stupid Capcom!" threads ! :/
Underperform where? Japan? I could see MH3:G actually pulling the 3DS up from it's slump there. But if anyone is thinking MH3:G is coming to America/Europe and thinks it's going to sell at "Call of Duty" numbers (or hell, "better than the series has sold here before") is downright delusional and frankly should've seen it coming. I'll eat my hat/crow if MH3:G actually comes to America and sells well because... frankly... I can't see the appeal and it's mechanics after attempting to get into the series about three or five times just isn't "Western appeal"ing.
Like if Kagari could just say "I like Sony best of all, I don't like the other companies, and that bias guides my discussion and moderation no matter how much I try to control it", she wouldn't piss me off nearly as much.
Mods... having
bias in their moderation!? Say it isn't so! You're never going to get that because I'm sure EL would de-mod anyone that openly admitted to their biases so fast it would make that moderators headspin. But I think everyone knows Kagari has a hard-on for Sony and "Lord Wada-sama."
Pokemon has been the same game since Red/Blue. The only difference is new Pokemon that are hastily designed every new iteration.
...Not real--
there have been changes between each pokemon game. like call of duty, musou, madden, and games that don't change too much between versions, the subtleties are lost to non-fans.
Right. But I think two of your examples (CoD, Madden) don't change at all. Or if they do it's at a glacier pace to where I don't really notice. The under the hood changes to Pokemon are mostly felt by "older"/was there for generation one fans that mostly pay the Battle aspects of the game. The little kids aren't going to give a shit about IV/EV's and "OMG THIS ATTACK HAS STAB AND THIS ONE DOESN'T." They're just going to dress Pikachu up and have him dance in a musical. Which is completely fine because I feel Pokemon is a decent "all-age" game that you can play once and see what the fuss is about and then you can either ignore it or go with another region/generation and go at it again.
seriously, what's the appeal of a shiny pokemon? it's just a reason to grindan ad infinitum
But Black Charizard, dude! How can I be a cool kid if I don't have one!?
besides, pulseman and drill dozer > pokemon. game freak wastes its potential.
I still want to see Gamefreak's PSX title... which has mysteriously been edited out of Wikipedia.

Oh, we're talking JRPGs now? Sorry to derail with a long post.
