Made sense, there was lots of boy/girl tension between them going back to the first book. And while in hindsight the convience of every couple staying together and getting married was beyond ridiculous fanfic stuff, that didn't stop me from crying like a baby as I read the epilogue.

Hell, I cried multiple times while reading DH. I've avoided the film because I'm afraid they ruined it.

to his credit, games do present these concepts...it's just that it's usually subtle and oversimplified with a bias in America's favor to keep the player from feeling like they're learning anything while confirming their own biased beliefs.

so other forms of media and the actual history itself is much more useful if you want to learn about it
