I honestly have no idea how fairly or consistently such comments are dealt with, but I'm pretty sure that all of the things that you have typed can be considered bannable. I'm not saying it doesn't happen where people throw those terms out there with no repercussions, but I also do think people can and have been banned for some of those acts you've mentioned.

If it's any consolation I was a similar sort of failure a year ago. Dropped out of a two year AS degree at a community college. 95% of fall 2011 was spent home with the rents. Try and top that for failure.
