It's hard to be unbiased when the base systems are so differently targeted. PS3 started off as a grand extension of the PS2; you could do whatever you wanted, including installing a different OS on it. The networking infrastructure was per-game, and up to the developer. You can also use it as a media box, but only separately from games.
The 360 has enabled the media stuff, as well as being consistent about user access to their own music library while playing games. They also had a standardized form of e-peen for contact networks through Achievements. But substantially more importantly, MS made the game console itself a networked, social experience with cross-game voice chat from the outset, and now Party chat and Party game invites, gathering, etc.
That image is biased. They conveniently forgot to include the biggest blockbuster 360 exclusive of the year: Gun Loco.
It's also funny to include Killzone as a positive reinforcement. By most accounts, playing KZ is the equivalent of being hit in the nose with a rolled up newspaper.
