nope never, not even a holding cell, my record is as clean as can be, not even one speeding ticket (i got out of one in court and have a warning that lasts for four more months)

I have never been incarcerated. Ever. Been REALLY close to being jailed several times, and am currently on the hook for the porn store citations though.

Yep. 101 in a 70. The guy was not having a good night anyway. He spent the whole ride back on the phone with some family member talking about family drama. I kinda felt bad for the guy, except never read me my miranda rights and was grabbing my arm and jerking me around and cursing at me.

Here in Ontario, if you're clocked at 30+mph over, you can get your vehicle impounded for a week and a fine of up to $10k, but you can't get arrested for it.

Now, "dangerous driving" is a criminal code offence that you can get arrested for, but that usually requires an additional component other than just speed.
