They are super supportive and helpful, too. Their Facebook page is a great resource, and the thread on CAG.
My example:
I bought LA Noire, where they had a deal where you bought it, and you got any $20 game for free. For some reason, one of my games wouldn't work, even though it was $20.
I emailed the guy, who had me scan/photograph my receipt and email it. He replied that he would send me a gift card for $30, just like that.
If you have the option to go to a KMart, it is in your best interest to subscribe to them. The only drawbacks are [no pre-ordering] and [no CEs most of the time], and sometimes [low inventory]. I've had no issues, except I didn't get Dead Island due to lack of inventory. But they are strongly working on it, etc.
If you are a stingy cheapo, you can easily hop on their "coupon train" and save up to $20 per game if you pick your route.
Here's my current setup:
Gears 3 ($60) (technically $30 because I had that LA Noire card from the story) -> $20 coupon
Dead Rising ($20) -> $15 coupon
Batman ($45) -> $30 coupon
Saints 3 (or any other November game) -> possibility of $20 coupon
On and on
