If years past are any indicator of the sales pretty much all of the deals have been leaked by Bestbuy. So expect the same from Target and some slight variation from Walmart in the prices and lineups. But usually it sticks to whats in the ads of competitors cause thats the deals they have gotten from the manufactures.

I'd also like to play Uncharted, Resistance, Hatsune Miku, DJMax Technika, and Orgarhythm. Many of the games I listed are available for other systems or have similar PS3 games. I totally understand why it's not selling well, but I'd still consider it a pretty great little machine.

but i do like it much better than the 3DS.  the PSP+PS1 games on the oled alone elevate it.  but throw in a great UMVC3 port, MGS2+3 ports, and a serviceable (though a bit rough) NGS port, and it's pretty cool.  yeah, I know, ports are technically bad or something according to forums, but I happen to like them when they're of great games.

Vita could die completely and it would still have a decent selection of games to play on it, just not new ones.

I'd probably still get the 3DS to be honest. It does have games I want to play, it's just that the Vita's current library is more appealing to me (mostly because of DJ Max Technika). The thing is, there are also some 3DS games coming out next year I might want to play (Ace Attorney, SMT4, Fire Emblem, that Treasure game), whereas the Vita has nothing that I know of. So the 3DS has more long-term appeal.

PS All-Stars bomba gigante in the UK. Debuted at 38th on the All Formats chart.

Having spent some time with it (I won a copy) and it's kind of hard for me to really be disappointed by that. The game's missing some very big names, and the presentation of it all gives off the vibe it was low budget. The arcade mode is told with stills, and has no coherent narrative, and the UI is something that seems like it should be a placeholder. While complaining about the menus and stuff is pretty weird, that is the first thing you see once you get past the opening animation.

Nintendo sold more than 1 million hardware units over the last week, the company has confirmed to CNET.

Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime told CNET in a phone interview today that during the last week, its internal data has shown total U.S. hardware sales have reached more than 1.2 million units. That figure includes the Wii U, Wii, 3DS, and DS.

According to Fils-Aime, Nintendo sold over 700,000 consoles during the last week. The Wii U topped the Wii with 400,000 units sold. The Wii, which Nintendo launched all the way back in 2006, was able to muster 300,000 Wii sales during the last week.

"Wii U is essentially sold out of retail and we are doing our best to continually replenish stock," Fils-Aime said. "Retailers are also doing their best to get the product to store shelves. But as soon as product hits retail, they're selling out immediately.

On the portable side, Nintendo sold more than 500,000 hardware units, including 250,000 3DS and 275,000 DS devices. Fils-Aime explained to CNET that the DS outsold the 3DS because of the "significant" deals retailers were offering on Black Friday.
