PS Plus has sucked ever since they stopped giving us Vita games, which they replaced with nothing.
Free money for Sony.

There's a Black Friday deal on Amazon, 1 year of PS Plus for $45. Probably not worth it, considering how bad it's been since April.
I have a feeling it's going to stay that way until PS5 launches.

I always wait for BF to buy PS+ (ever since I actually have to buy it because of playing Monster Hunter online). 45 is bad enough, 60 lol gtfo.

I bought it here, used code BF20 which brought it to 36 and I got $10 in credit for signing up for Rakuten today so that's not too bad.

How long did it take to arrive?

Edit: Went ahead and ordered, $36 (=$3/month) is an ok price for the current quality of games.
Besides, my current subscription doesn't run out until after PS5 is launched, so by the time this kicks in we should be getting 4 games a month again.

Thanks!

My PS+ runs out this month, and after reviewing the games I own on there, I won't be missing much besides Yakuza 5 so it's time to let go (for now)

Game Pass is where it's at

I'd unsub but I play online once in a while (like with Monster Hunter Iceborne) so might as well keep paying.

The free games are pretty assy though, hardly ever anything I actual load up. Best game I got this year was probably Detroit? Because would've bought that at some point and will likely actually play it.

I only bought it because of online play, which I also only ever needed since Monster Hunter. Never would've cared for the service based on the "freebies" alone. Best thing this year was Rayman Legends. I already had that game like twice, but I got back into the online mode for quite a bit of time because of PS+. Either way, if I were in for the games, I'd also get Gamepass instead, or rather, I'm waiting for how its streaming offering is going to be.

I just re-subbed for another year a week or 2 ago like a total dumbass  :duh (right before black friday).  I have a good bit of the games I got from it that my kids still play quite a bit though,  so I'm kinda locked into it for the time being.   :yeshrug
On the plus side (pun intended), I never would have even tried/considered Bloodborne or Rocket League, if not for PS+.  I'm sure there are other games I can't think of off the top my head, but in that, I am grateful.

Glad I never bothered picking Nathan Drake collection out of the bargain bin. Goat Simulator should be good for a laugh for 5 minutes.

PS+ really scraping the bottom of the barrel so late in the PS4 lifecycle.

I almost never played it with the AIM, and there are people who are quite good with a DS4. Despite being over a year old and VR only the player base is still active and passionate.
