Hey, I'm only recalling the time where I asked if I should register vacation days from my "comp time" before my PTO, and being laughed at because no-one would ever dare to actually use them up.
When I finally left the last place, I'd managed to use all but three of my days off. When my previous two contracts had ended, I literally had 30 days of saved PTO and comp, every time. It just was wasted, and erased.
