scrubbed myself off with some nice-smelling body soap today.  i also put oil-free facewash on a seaweed pad and scrubbed my face, and did my hair with shampoo AND conditioner.  i put on some deodorant and cologne and damn i smell great now.

walked by some homeless dudes today who are also on a no soap no shampoo challenge.  It didn't appear to be going well for them.

I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Ha, the crick.  That's funny.  Nah, they use the sink in the restroom at 7-Eleven.

I havent smelled of BO since I was a teen, dont use deodorant, no aftershave, no antiperspirant, no cologne.

I just use soap and shampoo, would be interesting to see if my body would retain that freshly squeezed momo smell with only water and a rag

One time I forgot I ran out of deodorant and decided to put lotion under my arms before heading to class, in the summer. Not a good idea

This is what I have to deal with, it's pretty mild so BO doesnt become an issue

Today my mom smelled me and said I smell amazing, and what I was using.

My mom has a real sensitive nose, if I come home from a jog or a walk with the dog, she will tell me if I stink. If the dog stinks, she freaks and forces me to bathe her.

But I haven't been using soap for near two weeks and she thinks I smell amazing and I haven't said shit. :smug

I thought that people with body systems (as in, family members) don't find each other's smell attractive?

I'm on day three of no-soap and I slept through my alarm this morning and had to settle for a quick scrub from the sink and a swipe of deodorant before rushing off to work.  I probably smell like the Toxic Avenger's jean shorts.  :-X  :(

haha, to be fair, you would have smelled that bad even if it probably used soap. sink scrubs always make feel unclean.
