Jason Garrett was supposed to be a hardass that would whip them into shape, but it's the same old high-penalty, low-effort Cowboys that we saw under Wade Phillips. Dez Bryant tip-toeing out of bounds one yard from the first down marker really sums up these past few years. Fire Garrett and blow up this damn team.
