Yea its insomniac's IP so they can do what they want.

I have said before that EA might have said something (wasn't the rumor that shadows of the Damned was reworked a few times before we finally got the game?) but it wasn't them who forced them like fanboys are trying to convince themselves. Plus ted price as gone on record that it was their own doing so..
