I think for all three anti-establishment candidates (who hold the top three spots in polls) to all get knocked out completely from the race will cause such a huge shockwave that no one can really predict where their supporters will go.
I mean, Rubio/Cruz/Bush are basically going to be assumed to be Mexicans by the xenophobes supporting Trump and I feel like Carly Fiorina and to a lesser extent Ben Carson are kind of just flavor-of-the-week candidates that everyone will forget about in 6 months. There's no particular Republican agenda that Republican voters seem to be embracing so who can tell what they want?
Of the 50% of registered Republicans that want to vote for one of those three, you'd probably have to look at their third or fourth choices before they'd vote for one of the ones who held political office. I feel like I can predict that the election will get much, much uglier though.
