Xenoblade 2-- looks crazy good, probably gonna wipe the floor with any 360/PS3 rpg that came out.

I love Wind Waker, beat it 5 times, but I don't see the point in an HD remake. Unless you are going to take the time to flesh out that troublesome middle section of the game and add a difficulty option to it.

Plus, the artstyle of the original still holds up and you can still play it on your Wii.

As for today's announcement, I'm not going to scoff at it, but I get the feeling that I'd be a lot more excited about it if I particularly cared for JRPGs.

-nes, snes, and gba for now

then there's something called the trial campaign, and from what I can tell it's renting virtual console games for 30 cents. the games change every month. so, in May the game is Super Metroid. For 30 cents you can play it for the days in May (or 30 days after the purchase period)

they admitted the water temple of oot had problems when it was rejiggered for oot 3ds. but they basically added some textures to make it mote intuitive. fixing wind waker would require a lot of work during the triforce hunt.

there are other ways to improve it. like, put a map on the tablet and on-screen buttons to change wind direction instead of using the wind waker.

yeah, it's a discount if you own them on the wii. I transferred my wii stuff to my wii u last week and it transfers shop data as well.

You have to transfer them from Wii to WiiU for the new price to appear, which is how it does the check I assume. Because we all know that their account system is garbage. So you will more or less have 2 copies of your VC games on your system.

SMT x FE, Bayo 2, and Xeno 2 are almost definitely 2014 at this point. They also "announced" Smash, Kart, Zelda, and Mario, and I doubt any of them (except maybe Kart) will be out this year.

Windwaker HD and Mario Kart 8 are probably going to be the main games for xmas 2013. I wouldn't be surprised to see X and others fall into 2015.
