WTF guys, know your fucking NES games.  Majin Tensei was the original SMT spinoff that was like Fire emblem.  IMO it was quite good.

I didn't say it shouldn't be worth playing and I'm sure this will own as it's an addition of two great franchises. But Persona is its own series, and SMT is its own series and Devil Summoner is its own series. I don't know where you're going with this. My point is, even as a fan of say, Nobunaga's Ambition I didn't buy Pokemon Conquest because well...it's not really Nobunaga, even if it features familiar characters, so I don't really give a crap. I almost always feel that way about strategy rpg cross over series. You don't see me hyping up about X-whatever for 3ds even though it may possibly have Ryo Hazuki.

But alas, it's SMT, so I'm sure it'll be great AGAIN.

GJ twisting my words ass fuck. I'm not pancakesandsex suck my nip

Using Andrex as an example of not buying a game isn't exactly a point in your favor.

Again, this was Nintendo telling its public to wait. “I apologise to those supporting Wii U for the lack of new titles during January and February,” implored Iwata early on in the presentation. “But please understand we will have new titles to offer from March onwards.” It can promise and tease all it wants, but Nintendo’s fiercely loyal fanbase is growing uneasy. Not to mention impatient.

Meanwhile, PC and mobile continue their inexorable rise, and Microsoft and Sony prepare to unveil their next-generation consoles. 2013 could be the year in which the videogame landscape is utterly transformed, more quickly and more viciously than anyone could have forecast. When Nintendo finally delivers the games its fanbase wants, will they still be interested?

The graphics in Wind Waker HD are a negligible concern on my part, I'm much more concerned how they attend the multitude of issues that made Wind Waker ultimately a babby game with tedious collection pursuits.  The ocean needs to have enemies that require your attention, as often you just sail right past whatever octoroks/etc pop up.  Difficulty needs to be in line with Skyward Sword.  The only time I died in Wind Waker was when I was curious what the GAME OVER screen looked like and let a baba chew on me for a few minutes.  So populate the ocean and make combat contain genuine risk and they have my interest.  Also, needs more dungeons and a few larger islands to flesh out the concept.  Touchscreen managment is an obvious welcome inclusion, and of course the wind changing mechanism should be easily fixed.  It would be interesting if they could make sailing more involving in some other way, but I'm not sure how they could emulate the nuances of real world sailing without making it a chore.

Well, I think you can safely assume that none of that will happen.

Yeah, for reals.  I think the anticipation is another case of savoring nostalgia for too long without, y'know, actually replaying the game sometime in the last 10 years.
However, Eiji saying he wanted to tackle the conception that zelda games need to be single player has me hoping the next installment will be akin to the design philosophies of the New Super Mario series.

edit:
Also, what bums me more than anything is that I didn't see a catalyst for userbase growth in this lineup.  The WiiU is faltering, and despite what nerd say I felt the Wii's success gave way to a nice variety of software over the years that I personally enjoyed.  By comparison this trajectory seems to suggest  a gamecube situation with drastically less third party support.
