I know I know, gaf thing, but i'm wondering if any of you guys ever did this and could share some tips.'

I read a bit of reddits subforum (http://www.reddit.com/r/nofap) and figured i'd give it a try. The idea is you don't fap for as long as you can because it kick starts testoserone and can have all kinds of effects like skyrocketing your confidence. 3 days in and I already feel like Iron Man so im excited to see what happens in a week
