Japanese game fans getting our crack again. 3ds is going full on ds mode at this point. There are at least 10 games worth owning for the system now. By the end of the year, that number may very well double.

Not really. Due to shifting generations, psp and ds have kinda been on the back burner the past year and a half to two years. Things slowed down tremendously. Things are now picking back up.

8X is the main phone but apps+games for W8 are deader than the WiiU library, so I keep the S3 around for entertainment

No, I only have a Nexus 7, but I paired it with a spare Dual Shock fairly painlessly.

A lot of Android games have controller support baked-in, would be nice if iOS games did the same.

Looks really awesome, wish they went full 3D with the battles though, the cheap 2D animation seems to clash against the surprisingly-nice looking polygonal landscapes. Still day one when it comes out here.

Yeah 3DS is pretty nice.  Finding time to play the games I bought for it is another issue.  I just buy the good releases under the (false) hope that I will have weeks of nothing to do but to dig into those games.
