From the beginning?
Nigerian was sitting at his Detroit cubicle at Career Builder when he hit upon the idea of selling bottled tap water to kids doing EDM at rave parties. He thought he was clever by calling his product MOLLYWATR. Now before actually doing anyrthing, he spammed Facebook and certain forums with his idea, showing himself living the high life. Things moved slowly in the following months, he had a concept bottle and some t-shirts, brought it to empty clubs with a few token chicks, snapped a few shots. Then went back to social media and forums to get some buzz and "likes".
At some early point, some Asian dude and his black associate caught wind of this. They thought it was crazy enough to work somehow, they were amazed there were no trademarks, they filed for theirs (mollywater), got the product done and mass produced it quickly. All the meanwhile, Nigerian promoting the easily mistakable MOLLYWATR, promoting the other similar product at the same time. When this was discovered, Nigerian was still restricted to few rare rave events in Detroit while the other dudes have a whole warehouse of this stuff. Various forums laugh at the Nigerian's incompetence.
