It's a bummer that a Ken Levine "shock" game isn't a big deal with a lot of excitement behind it. In the run up to BioShock there were gameplay videos, a very nice demo, lots of positive stuff. With BioShock Infinite I feel like they're deliberately holding back on showing the game off, pushing hard on preorders, and arranged that IGN exclusive first review because they're truly not confident about the quality of the game.
I probably ran through the BioShock demo at least 10 times in anticipation of the game's release. The only other demos from this gen I've played through multiple times were Arkham Asylum (amazing) and The Force Unleashed (so awful).
