There are tons that basically look like Microsoft's old IntelliMouse. Good style is optional anyway.

All a good gaming mouse needs is decently high dpi, reliably notched mousewheel (for weapon switching), and easily switchable dpi settings. I can't live without five buttons any more, but it's optional. I barly move my wrist to do a 180° turn in shooters and if I need more precision I drop the dpi down.

MCD's mouse isn't bad, but I've gotten used to my Deathadder (in before himu says it's middle-school, whatever)'s mouse 4-5 being right next to each-other. Good for picking the melee/pistol in FPS when I need them back to back.
