They aren't wrong. Even the Steam Monthly threads have admitted to being a "clique."
Why Evilore wants to kill those when people just need to stop being pussies and just fucking POST IN THREADS... I'll never know.
The cliques is actually what makes GAF slightly stronger than it is. Mostly because people actually discuss shit instead of sniping at each other.
It's not about being a pussy. It's about not posting in what is rapidly becoming a place that's overwhelmed by redditors and other dregs of the internet. Community allows for some self-moderation without having to engage with a mod.
No, it completely is about being a pussy.
Vitards are scared of posting OT's and shit because of "threadshitters."
PC/Steam people are scared of posting positive/PC-centric news because of "threadshitters."
Sonic platforming fans are scared of posting impressions because... "threadshitters."
It's a recurring theme. It's nothing to do with the reddit quality discussion, which is partially true... but has completely to do with them being too scared to post their opinions for the sake of backlash.
Which is frankly, something the moderation team needs to work on, much less sniping people about posting their things in the insular communities they post it in.
