Yeah I never even watched Spartacus and I felt pretty bad about Whitfield's death. He seemed like a cool chill dude and his career had just started.

It really is just a bunch of internet tough guys trying to seem above other people. "Oh I don't watch those movies! They aren't intellectually stimulating like Japanese animes".

"Oh those massess are all sad about some actor that wasn't even good, they are just too shallow and dumb to care about a dude who I hardly know what he did either and had a very long and satisfying life".

I really enjoyed the F&F movies. Paul Walker just seemed like a dude who was doing them because they were fun and I like that and I did'nt realize how much of an important part of those movies he was.

I think Andy Whitfield was the first actor that I really felt hurt by his death. Largely because he introduced me to a great series that was unlike anything else and then immediately had to slowly fade away from being able to play a role that he totally brought to life as the cancer came back and they had to find a way to replace him over the next two years.

On the other hand, I've seen half a dozen Paul Walker movies (all F&F) and yet I didn't even know his name until he died. And his death was super sudden so there's no anticipation or anything. I feel bad that he died but I really don't get how an adult can get so emotionally invested in F&F just because it talks a lot about "cars and family".

I felt bad about Whitfield's death, mainly because I honestly believe he was on the verge of becoming a big star and because he had young kids. And I loved his performance in Spartacus.

The idea that FnF changed anyone's life is hilarious to me. You like a shitty movie franchise, good for you. The films will continue without him I'm sure.
