Admit it. If you came into a realm that reflected me, you'd run. I see you horsefuckers and come straight at you. That is not a bubble.

Star Wars: First Assault and Star Wars 1313--were cancelled
Lucasarts has been dead to me for years, and I still feel bad about this.
SELL THE ADVENTURE GAME IPS
In a generation where online multiplayer shooters reached the widest possible audience ever, and the console cycle lasted the longer ever. Yet they still couldn't put out a battlefront game says everything that could ever be said about their management.
Fuck all that Star Wars shit, R.I.P. Monkey Island, LOOM, Grim Fandango, Sam & Max, Maniac Mansion, etc.

Was the Back To The Future game a Lucas property too?
That's too bad. 1313 looked kinda good.
With the layoffs, LucasArts is no longer working on “Star Wars 1313,” but still hopes to finish the game with another developer. “Star Wars: First Assault” has also been canceled.
I guess you could say....the force wasn't with them

Publicly, Disney is saying their current games could be licensed out to a different publisher or developer, but according to our source, that's unlikely. Our source says Lucas has pursued the option for "one or both games," but nothing happened. "With the teams now basically being dispersed I think both games are effectively dead forever," our source said.

They wouldn't be paying the company doing those if the game is cancelled.
I remember being excited about 1313 when I saw the trailer and they were going into this big tower and I was all like 'omg star wars looter shooter rougelike with high production values"! Then later on it became clear it was another take on the 'escape from AAA dangerous places' and I was all . Sad to see Lucasarts go, even though Larry Holland's space combat sim games haven't dated all that well they did represent one of the formative pillars of my gaming tastes.
He's not listening, Sho Nuff. You're talking to nobody.
Two years?!
:damnThank you for getting me into FPS, you wonderful bastards(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)

Bet this results in a new Battlefront finally.
Fine with this. They'll do more with the license than LucasArts was. And DICE doing Battlefront would be kick-ass.

It just needed time in QA.Then Lucasarts did First Assault, which was basically a Battlefield 1943 version of Battlefront 3.
