would have been more interesting if the bombshell Glenn Beck wanted to drop was the fact that the terrorist read Infowars.

It's amazing to see the complete breakdown of American news media in the face of the likes of Reddit and Twitter. Now, rather than just trying to beat other 24-hour cable news shows to the scoop, they're trying to outrace social media that has absolutely no oversight on what's said or who's saying it.

almost makes one feel bad for the american media.

My wife flew into Boston yesterday for work, she had a hard time finding something to eat since most things are still closed on Boylston. News crews still all over the place and there is only one open entrance to her hotel (Fairmont in Back Bay). She said that it's not even close to how she remembers the vibe last time she was there the other month.

I chose my words poorly. Basically, she said it's just one of those things where you see the coverage on TV and get an idea of the situation and the emotions running through a place, but it's still not even close to what you experience by being there in person, even a week after it happened. Very somber and quiet.
