Boogie, that sort of house by house door kicking is what we would do in Iraq. Boston is not Iraq.
Interestingly, that is the same comparison that my brother made (he did two tours in Afghanistan).
And I am not saying that I automatically support such search actions by the police.
At first, I thought the response was warranted, but since Friday I have come around more towards Mandark's position, especially considering how the lockdown and house by house search wasn't actually effective in finding the suspect, and it was only after the lockdown was lifted that a citizen located the guy.
I guess I'm still sort of fence-sitting on that front.
