I'm a bit disappointed that it looks like they have Islamic beliefs. The Russia / Chechnya link is at least something, as it will hopefully teach people that not all brown people are Muslim terrorists (oh who am I kidding), but for the religion generally and for people who follow it in America - it would be bad news, if true.

Correct me if I'm wrong but "radical" is usually written before Islam or Muslim in these articles, right? That denotes a subset of crazies we can agree on that aren't representative...like hasidic jews or members of /r/atheism for that matter. Whether people read it that way or if it's adequately repped as a subset in the article is another matter.
