Crackdown's a great game that still holds up. Gonna give my disc copy to a friend. I've never played DR2 or Case Zero, so those are nice to have.

Crackdown is great, but it's like 5 bucks second hand for the last 3 years.

DR2 is ok.

I'm not sure who you're trying to convince not to get free games.

Never got around to playing Crackdown so I'm curious to give it a go after hearing good things all these years.

Gotta buy my nephew a flash drive so he can get these. What's the biggest size that the 360 accepts now?

Interesting. Crackdown is region-locked, or otherwise problematic. Luckily, I will be in the USA, and will download to a USB drive, along with other purchases I've made in the intervening time away.

I've been meaning to go back to Crackdown and mop up the car jumping and racing Achievements.

No IP lock on my end. Try again because sometimes they IP lock stuff randomly or on the first day only.

Can't speak about region lock because my console is US.

Thanks for buying Crackdown!
Your game will appear in My Games on your Xbox 360 console when the download is complete.

Bless your heart. It worked!

I've been thinking of cancelling gold(and haven't because you have to actually call) and these game deals they do aren't convincing me otherwise.

It's not that these games are bad, it's just I've already played them and if I wanted them their physical copies are pretty cheap. DR2, Fable 3, AC2, and Crackdown, all probably sub $20 at your local Gamestop. I mean I'm not a fan of PSN+ but hey Sleeping Dogs I think was given away and that's kind of recent. Battlefield 3, hey that's a game that's still worth diving into. I just think PSN+ has given away better games. Plus a lot more digital only stuff.

Plus I honestly haven't played an online game on XBL in forever.

And yeah it's funny, every time I try to cancel online on the website it says there's an error. A Google search reveals tons of people having this problem, with the common advice being "just call".

I'm just selling my physical copies to the games I already have. In Japan, the prices for these are quite good, so I'm actually making money.

don't think you can cancel gold

all you have to do is log on in xbox.com and turn auto renewal off

No, you can cancel gold. I've called them up when I wanted to remove my card and explained the situation.

It's a good game, but yea.

There was a glitch just now (may be fixed) where an XBLA game - Ben 10 Rise of Hex was free. I grabbed it.

That game isn't even showing up on its internal search engine right now. The link on news sites covering the freebie is a dead link now. :lol

Magic is live, and surprisingly it is the version I havent bought yet. Of course, I also havent played the previous two versions I bought yet, either.

:lol Same story for me. I really should as the games themselves are fine, I just don't like the card grinding.

Yeah, I played and enjoyed the original a bit, but never finished it. Scenester's got full gamerscore in it though. Good on him!

Unlocking new cards is one of the few things that's good about the recent Magic games. The campaign is short and the AI isn't very competent. Playing with an inefficient deck makes a bit more challenging.
