If it's just one day out of the year and from your own vacation time I don't know why employers would give too much of a shit. It would be worse to call in sick on Monday. Request it off three ish weeks in advance? Don't see the problem.

Anyone doing any cooking today in prep for the game tomorrow? About to go buy ingredients for some beer infused hot dog bites as well as my salsa I make every year. Thinking about trying to make some wings as well...
