As of Friday, August 11, 2006 I am pleased to announce that the Ken Steele Fan Club has 50 members. A true milestone. In my 10 weeks of updating I knew it was just a matter of time before I amassed an army of supporters that numbered 50 members.There were some tough times. The first being when we started, and what's her face... um... I forget. But this one chick, she said some harsh words regarding my spelling, disregarding the fact that I was in the throes of grief concerning the untimely death of my mother. The next being after I posted the "Knocking them Down a Peg and Rolling them Down a Hill" article and accompanying thread. We lost 13 members in that debacle. Even though they probably still read the Ken Steele Experience™ faithfully the blow was somewhat substantial at that point. They will not be missed.I would also like to take this time to thank loyal friends of the Fan Club. The first, being our first members, Kelly Burns and Alina Lou, who have supported me faithfully in my foray into the world of Internet Social Networking by being my first Facebook buddies, and MySpace friends. Without these lovely ladies, some weirdo like Jon Bomar would have been my first member.Next, I would like to thank Jon Bomar who week after week lends his support and commentary in the comments box at the Ken Steele Experience™.Lastly, I would also like to thank Dan Cook, who single-handedly brought the AAAA to the Kettering University Campus. With out him, our presence in eastern Michigan would have been reserved to a few readers in Detroit. Dan Cook is an example of what this Fan Club is about: Spreading the truth that is the Ken Steele Experience™ to the masses. For his hard work and dedication I will bestow upon him the title of "AAAA 5-Star General."Ladies and gentlemen, you are the original 50 members of the Ken Steele Fan Club. A monumental feat in and of itself. Give yourselves a hand for picking the right team. At 50 members deep, we are the strongest clique in the eStreets! What's next for The Ken Steele Experience™? More articles of course. Hell, some video posts are in store.
