Cancelled the lease on my place, but no new place yet.

Went to view two places, but we didn't get them. Went to view a third one, gone once we got there.

Were getting a smaller place to save money, but if we have to stay in a hotel we won't save squat!

Oh well. It seemed like a month was enough time to find a new place. Now with two weeks to go...UGH

Might end up in a B and B for a few days or so.

FYI pizza shacks basically throw out fresh pies at the end of the night. Get the drop on that dumpster before the other hobos and you might find a hot one.

Same here, but it'll be October 4th. My landlord was being a cocksucker so I gave my 30 days notice. I got nothing lined up, and actually don't care too much.

Being homeless only sucks ass when it isn't temporary. Otherwise you're just sleeping in an alley/behind businesses/the bushes for a little bit.

Well its hard to find anything here a month in advance, no one is going to hold an apartment for you for a month.

If you cancel your lease mid month you basicly paid half a month for nothing.

If you move out at months end you lose your deposit.

Basicly moving is a lose lose situation.

but if you pay the lease you'll still have a place to live while you continue to look. that's a win, not a loss.

I can just imagine Kosmo sitting out on the curb with a bum, discussing the ills of austerity and the best place to acquire fresh dumpster food. Then Mrs. Kosmo rides up in the car, Kosmo tells the bum he'll see him tomorrow, and he gets in the back seat as they drive off to a bed & breakfast.
