Ghostface has more albums that are legitimately great and is a better rapper on just about any level (story telling, metaphors, evocative lyrics, etc). There's a reason he's generally viewed as the most consistent rapper by many hip hop heads, if not most.
Iron Man, Supreme Clientele, OG Bulletproof Wallets, and Fishcale are better than any four album set you can come up with for Jay, Nas, etc. And I'll take his "solid to good" albums (Big Doe Rehab, Apollo Kids, 12 Reasons to Die) over Jay's albums of similar quality.
On Kanye, I'll take Kanye's catalog over most of Jay's albums outside of Reasonable Doubt.
